Monitoring System
The Drain Net system provides a 24/7 eye on your grease trap by utilizing a patented monitor with ultrasonic transducer (similar to that of a fish finder) and an embedded microprocessor to continuously sense the positions of the floating solids, bottom solids and the liquid level within the tank. This data is then sent back digitally to a Control Unit.
Once our qualified technician installs the monitor, it provides continuous monitoring of the sludge, scum and liquid levels in the grease trap. At the touch of a button on the Control Unit, it provides real-time information on actual changes as a percent of permissible floating solids, bottom solids and total solids. It also gives the immediate status of the liquid level within the tank in inches.
The monitor's Control Unit is programmed to alert when it's time to pump the tank or trap. Most importantly, it warns of emergency conditions in the tank before failure or backup occurs. |
